Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Tasks-
∎ Implementing reporting system and documentation as per project needs.
∎ Ensure quality data to measure the impact of the project intervention through various approaches using both qualitative and quantitative processes.
∎ Measure sustainability and documentation of different project interventions.
∎ Create and develop a data structure and analysis report to track the project objective.
∎ Work with management to prioritize activities and information needs.
∎ Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
∎ Overall coordination of research activities (quantitative and qualitative) of different components of the Project.
∎ Overseeing data collection and entry.
∎ Arrange group discussion to identify challenges for data quality, data collection, and data posting.
∎ Document all case studies, case records, periodic reports, training reports, monthly reports, stock reports, and other necessary docs.
∎ Assist Programme Manager with different report writing.
∎ Coordinate with Managers for data verification and evaluation of the program.
∎ 2) Documentation and ICT Support-
∎ To assist MEAL Manager, Area Managers, TOs, Pos, and NT/BLI with monthly documentation of child profile.
∎ Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
∎ Develop and implement database, data collection system, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
∎ Acquire data from the primary or secondary data source and maintain a database/data system.
∎ Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
∎ Provide technical support for the MEAL Manager, Area Manager, and Officers to ensure the optimum use of the provided device (Laptop / Tab)
∎ Performing the main role to ensure data posting on ONA, Kobo database, and Activity info.
∎ Overseeing the whole management information system for the project’s needs.
∎ To assist Area Manager with monthly MPC child profile.
∎ Develop a database system for MCP and ECD children’s attendance.
∎ Assist to develop different IEC materials for MCP.
∎ Keep tracking on monthly project performance tracking.
∎ Extensive field visit on ongoing activates close monitoring, and provide hands-on support to the staff.
∎ Submit weekly progress report/field visit report to the Programme Manager.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Computer (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email, internet etc ) knowledge
∎ Strong report writing skills both Bangla and English.
Salary:
