∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Working experience in HHs level data collection, field surveys, KoBo tools and WASH knowledge.
∎ Candidate must have experience in data collection, survey, FGD and KII.
∎ Well, know about water, sanitation, hygiene, waste management terms.
∎ Knowledge of data collection tools such as KoBo is preferable.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Good communication and verbal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Under close contact with the Project Manager and Thematic Expert, conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather data according to project methodology.
∎ Perform regular checks on data to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies.
∎ Provide clear explanations about the purpose of the data collection and address any participant questions or concerns.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the data collection process.
∎ Report any challenges or unexpected situations encountered during data collection.
∎ Conduct follow-up interviews or surveys as needed to gather additional information or clarify responses.

Job Highlights:
∎ In the BORDA project, it is planning to conduct a baseline survey in Pirganj, Rangpur. So, enumerators need to collect HH-level data to prepare WASH baseline reports for the municipality and donor.
∎ The duration of the contract will be for 15 Days.
