∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
∎ Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
∎ Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
∎ Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
∎ Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, scalable, and reliable data pipelines to process large volumes of data
∎ Developing and implementing data models, architectures, and integrations to support business requirements
∎ Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions
∎ Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle
∎ Optimizing and improving existing data workflows and processes
∎ Implementing and maintaining data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes
∎ Monitoring and troubleshooting data systems and pipelines to ensure smooth operations
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in data engineering
