∎ Akij Blue Pill Ltd. is seeking a skilled Post-Sales Executive/Senior Executive to implement and support enterprise IT infrastructure solutions. The role focuses on deploying, configuring, and maintaining data center components such as servers, storage, networks, virtualization platforms, and backup systems. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery, system stability, and client satisfaction.

∎ Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
∎ Data Center Infrastructure Setup & Maintenance
∎ Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
∎ OS Installation & Administration (Windows/Linux)
∎ Infrastructure Troubleshooting & Monitoring
∎ Documentation & Client Support
∎ SLA-based Service Delivery
∎ OEM & Vendor Coordination
∎ Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, and networking equipment
∎ Deploy and manage virtualization platforms
∎ Execute infrastructure implementation plans as per project requirements
∎ Provide on-site and remote technical support to enterprise clients
∎ Monitor systems and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
∎ Work with project and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery
∎ Generate technical documentation, reports, and support manuals
∎ Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical issues and escalations
∎ Ensure SLA compliance and high service uptime
