At least 5 years relevant NGO experience, Data Analysis, Database Engineer/ Database Programmer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Those candidates who do not have related experiences need not to apple please.
∎ Depth knowledge about Business domain on MFI's (NGO) financial and non-financial transaction.
∎ Prepare Data Warehouse by using ETL process and to work at Data Warehouse by using ETL process and
∎ generate the MIS & FIS reports of management requirements.
∎ To involve in Business Analysis of the OLTP and OLAP data and in decision support. Extensive database programming.
∎ Prepare customize reports from server whenever it is asked by the management.
∎ Prepared Repository and Dashboard for report that very much helpful for smooth and effective business analysis.
∎ Monitor database, find performance bottlenecks. Create and execute disaster recovery plan (backup, restores).
∎ Manage DB storage, optimize indexes. Create SQL scripts for reporting and data manipulation is desired.
∎ Understanding and analyzing technical needs and customize existing software system and database.
∎ Experience in Reporting Services, Power BI (Dash Board Reports) and SSRS using MS SQL Server and in supporting services MDX technology of the analysis services.
∎ Experienced in designing and developing SSRS reports using data from ETL Loads, SSAS Cubes and various heterogeneous data sources.
∎ To manage the automated system that operating in UDDIPAN Microfinance and monitoring overall system pack.
∎ Preparing MIS and FIS reports as per management required.
∎ To provide software support, defect analysis and fixation, implementation and training to end user
∎ Prepare change request document and aligned with business requirements. Prepare test case, execute SIT & UAT process and ensure on time deployment.
∎ To engage in preparing all the stack holder and drive project teams to achieve the delivery target. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
∎ Identify the data error regarding to the business flow and resolve the complex problems.
∎ Administer UDDIPAN databases which include SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle DB. This includes updates, maintenance and appropriate support
∎ Design and implement a relational database schema, indexes, views, Optimize statistics, and indexes.
∎ Configure database instances, recommend physical data models, and optimize for performance.
∎ UDDIPAN collects data from Branch office via applications; ensuring that the correct data is stored in the right place at the right time.
∎ Collaborate with our data analyst, software developers and operations teams who are the producers and consumers of data. Help them choose the right data and develop database systems to support them.
∎ Manage performance for database instances and implement the database backup plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working in NGO as a Data Analyst/Database Administrator will be given priority.
∎ Depth knowledge on MFI's (NGO) financial and non-financial transaction will be given priority
∎ Proficient in technical writing and presentations and a good team player.
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and get along well with other co-workers.
∎ Great English communication skills.
