Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finding new Daraz Villages and executing the plan.
∎ Maintaining customer relationships.
∎ Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue.
∎ Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.
∎ Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
∎ Establish daraz village project's vision and mission in village areas.
∎ Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
∎ Monitor competition within the assigned region.
∎ Follow the orders of the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, Verbal, and writing skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
