Job Responsibilities:
∎ Budget Break down & discuss with all project staff & higher management for the implementation of the project by the proper way according to the Design of the project owner.
∎ Inform the view of the project to All the Different Government Bodies (UNO, DLO, ULO, VS, & Also Commissioners, Upazilla Chairman, Mayor & Other Honorable persons in the Locality.
∎ Farmer selection by Baseline Survey in the targeted Areas according to project Design.
∎ Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Annually Target plan, Discuss the individual Role of project staff for proper implementation of the project Activities.
∎ Established Milk Collection Points (MCP) in the Remote Rural Areas for Direct milk collection from Dairy cow Rearers & Ensure that farmers get actual price of milk.
∎ Train up Farmers, Livestock Health workers, Artificial inseminators, Livestock Service Providers (LSP), Mini Agribusiness Man (MAB)& in the field level about different cattle rearing, diseases & treatment, Artificial Insemination (AI), Fodder Production.
∎ Give various inputs such as Training, Modern technology, de-worming medicine, vaccine, Concentrate Feed, Fodder seeds for fodder cultivation of the farmers.
∎ Arrange Cross visit of the Farmers in the various well-developed Farm of the GOB & Private sectors for experience gather & knowledge share of the farmers in the field.
∎ Capacity buildup of the Farmers by introducing Modern technology, increase production & income, ensure Food Security & increase status of Livelihoods of the Farmers.
∎ Established vet medicine shop, feed shop, Fodder (green grass) shop, Artificial Insemination point, milk collection center, in the Remote Rural Areas & linkage build-up with GO & NGO institution.
∎ To Establishment a Sustainable Market Linkage and Value Chain Development Between the the producer group & Different Stakeholders.
∎ Regular Monitoring the Targeted Project activities in the field, find out problem & give Direction for proper implementation of the project activities in the field By proper ways & Time to Time.
∎ Ensure Team work & share different problem or issues of the project & make decisions by participate with all members of the Team.
∎ Arrange Monthly Coordination Meeting Among all Project Staff & Different Stakeholders, Find out Problem & Discuss the Solving procedure by individual Role play method.
∎ Staff Control & Report collection by Target wise Daily ,Weekly & Monthly ,Find out the Short fall & take necessary steps for solving as soon as possible.
∎ Ensure suitable Working Platform for all staff for the implementation of the project & give opportunities of all Staff for playing their individual Role.
∎ To do any other duties as may be assigned by the line management.
