∎ Minimum Degree Pass.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Cutting)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable for 28 Lines Woven cutting.
∎ To ensure cutting of the fabric is as per customer specifications and identification of cut panels to facilitate sewing of garments.
∎ Based on the above information the Cutting Manager prepares the Cutting Plan.
∎ The Cutting Manager prepares the Size and Ratio considering the following:
∎ Cutting table length
∎ Sizes in an order
∎ Fabric width, color and shade
∎ The Cutting Manager prepares the Size and Ratio considering the following:
∎ The Cutting Manager informs Size, Ratio and fabric width to CAD department for marker preparation by preparing cutting lay order sheet.
∎ Approved the marker after checked for the pattern direction and tightness, then approved by the Merchandising department for the required consumption and by the Factory GM for efficiency.
∎ Acknowledges the fabric requisition slip based on the consumption approved by GM and give to stores department for issuing of fabric.
∎ Fabric Spreading:
∎ Fabric received against Requisition slip from stores department.
∎ Segregates the fabric rolls according to the marker width by following cutting lay order sheet.
∎ The actual yardage, number of layers and the balance yardage on the Cutting layer report.
∎ To Monitor cutting section, Numbering & Bundling
∎ To maintain Fusing procedure
∎ To maintain records that cut panel Issuing to Sewing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to organize the task to meet the deadline
∎ Must be able to work in a team and self-motivated
∎ Good knowledge in Cutting production follow up and report making
∎ Must be smart & energetic
∎ Written and oral communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Knowledge of all types of woven products
∎ Computer knowledge is must (Email, Internet, MS Word & Excel etc.)
∎ Candidate should have knowledge about production systems,process and quality assurance
