Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all over cutting production activities.
∎ Make the cutting plan as the importance of time and shipment schedule.
∎ Plan wise cutting monitoring.
∎ Recommends the changes in pattern and marker.
∎ To take action in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ Any other work assigned as and when required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong communication and people management skill.
∎ Strong decision making and leadership skill.
∎ Proactive and ability to work under tight schedule.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ The applicants should have experience in export oriented Woven Garments Factory.
