∎ S.S.C/ HSC/ Bachelor in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Knit Composite Garment Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain cutting plan as per production plan.
∎ Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the store as per consumption
∎ Ensure the relax as per type of fabrics.
∎ Ensure Numbering are made actually.
∎ Bundling the cut panel as per order wise.
∎ Ensure Bundling delivery of cutting store as per order - plan
∎ Keep Liaison with concern merchandiser/ PM/ quality manager/ factory head others for Day to Day work.
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of cutting' strictly.
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at cutting operation and department.
∎ Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.
∎ Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.
∎ Obtain the QC approval for the sample/ size and bulk cut accordingly.
∎ Any other task assign by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Shift base duty (3 Shifts).
∎ Work experience with Lactra, Auto spreader & Bierrebi machine will add extra value.
∎ Work experience with software will add extra value.
∎ Must have the knowledge of different fabrics.
∎ Must have the knowledge about Knit Garments.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Should have strong leadership and team management skill.
Salary: Tk. 27000 - 28000 (Monthly)
