Responsibilities & Context:
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly cutting schedules based on production requirements and priorities.
Allocate necessary resources (manpower, machinery, materials) for timely execution.
Ensure proper inspection of fabrics for defects and color shading before cutting.
Verify fabric consumption and ensure minimal wastage during the cutting process.
Monitor fabric relaxation processes properly.
Ensure close communication with Planning & Quality department for smooth operations.
Implement proper marker-making to optimize fabric usage.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs to minimize errors in cutting.
· To maintain ISO, COC & GPQ requirements.
· Provide training and guidance to improve productivity and efficiency.
Address workforce grievances and maintain discipline within the team.
Make proper production calculation to reduce overtime and improve cost effectiveness.
Monitor the progress of cutting operations and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the process.
Any others job assigned by factory management.
