∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science or a related field
∎ O-level/A-level backgrounds will get a preference
∎ The candidate must be an excellent communicator in written and spoken English (IELTS band 7.0+)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide customer support to our clients over the phone.
∎ Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to customer issues.
∎ Provide training to our customers regarding products and services.
∎ Collaborate with the internal team to escalate the pending issues.
∎ Performing relevant tasks assigned by the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience in HTML and CSS will be a plus.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Weekly 3 days Holiday
∎ The office work is four (4) nights a week (Roster base)
∎ Shift starts at 7:00 PM and ends at 6:00 AM
