Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and resolve customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email using AI-assisted tools

  • Support customers with gift card activation, PIN issues, balance checks, and redemption problems

  • Coordinate with merchants for redemption validation, settlement confirmation, and reporting

  • Maintain accurate support logs, issue trackers, and basic performance reports

  • Assist in corporate gifting campaigns, including beneficiary communication and follow-ups

  • Escalate technical, system, or integration-related issues to the Operations/Tech team promptly

  • Use AI tools to improve response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

  • Support merchant onboarding and acquisition through AI-powered lead handling and follow-ups

  • Assist merchants with onboarding, usage guidance, and issue resolution

  • Track merchant and customer interactions in CRM or support systems

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process or AI-based improvements

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams for smooth campaign execution
