Responsibilities:
Attend and resolve customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email using AI-assisted tools
Support customers with gift card activation, PIN issues, balance checks, and redemption problems
Coordinate with merchants for redemption validation, settlement confirmation, and reporting
Maintain accurate support logs, issue trackers, and basic performance reports
Assist in corporate gifting campaigns, including beneficiary communication and follow-ups
Escalate technical, system, or integration-related issues to the Operations/Tech team promptly
Use AI tools to improve response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Support merchant onboarding and acquisition through AI-powered lead handling and follow-ups
Assist merchants with onboarding, usage guidance, and issue resolution
Track merchant and customer interactions in CRM or support systems
Identify recurring issues and suggest process or AI-based improvements
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams for smooth campaign execution
