Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

• 2 to 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns across all relevant channels

• Own campaign planning, execution, and delivery timelines end-to-end

• Manage and coordinate with agencies, merchants, vendors, and internal creative teams

• Develop campaign briefs, marketing collaterals, presentations, and brand assets for clients and partners

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, ROI, reach, and engagement metrics

• Prepare post-campaign reports and insights for management and stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to align marketing goals with business targets

• Support B2B marketing initiatives, lead generation activities, and sales enablement materials

• Assist in partnership marketing, merchant promotions, and co-branded campaigns

• Manage marketing calendars, content schedules, and launch plans

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

• Stay updated on industry trends, creative ideas, and cultural moments to drive brand buzz

• Suggest and test new channels, formats, and growth ideas to improve performance

• Maintain proper documentation, trackers, and marketing records
