Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Get-Aid Ltd., an IoT-enabled smart service provider, is looking for proactive Customer Support Executives to ensure smooth service and user satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages & in-App feedback from users.

  • Provide accurate info & resolve service-related issues.

  • Coordinate with the operations team for quick problem-solving.

  • Keep records of customer interactions & prepare reports.

  • Share user feedback with operations teams.

Duty Type: Roster-based schedule

Holiday:

  • 1 day per week, based on mutual understanding with team members.

  • No government holiday applicable.
