Job Responsibilities

  • Listing products on online marketplaces (e.g., Daraz, Facebook, etc.)

  • Managing and updating online shop content regularly

  • Communicating with customers through messages (in English)

  • Completing daily tasks assigned by the management

  • Assisting the team leader with additional responsibilities when needed

  • Ensuring a positive customer experience through responsive and friendly support

  • Maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all assigned work
