কল রিসিভ করে গ্রাহককে ভিসা সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
কম্পিউটার টাইপিং ও ব্রাউজিং করা
নতুন ভিসা রেট এবং পরিষেবার জন্য গ্রাহকদের জানানো
টেলিমার্কেটিং প্রচারাভিযান ক্লায়েন্ট ডাটাবেস রক্ষণাবেক্ষণপ্রতিক্রিয়া এবং সহযোগিতা লক্ষ্য উন্নয়ন এবং অর্জন ,কল সেন্টার অপারেশন।
