∎ We are looking for Customer Support Executive to assist in chatting, calling, getting online orders, data entry, etc for our E-commerce website.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Computer knowledge.
∎ Customer handling online.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivation.
∎ Receive & make calls to the customers.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complaints instantly.
∎ Capable of handling incoming/ outgoing calls.
∎ Collect customer feedback.
∎ Preferred 0-1 year of work experience managing social media for online businesses.
