ChefOnline is a UK-based National Online Food Ordering Portal for restaurants and takeaways across the UK. We seek an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to provide enterprise-level support.
Provide technical and non-technical support to our customers.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Follow standard procedures for properly escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Provide comprehensive training to customers on products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the features, benefits, and usage of each offering.
Regularly assess the performance of team members against set KPIs and objectives.
Provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to address performance gaps and enhance skills.
Night Shift- 7:00pm-6:00am
Weekly-4 days (roster wise)
3 days weekend as per Rota
