Bigibyte is looking for a proactive and communication-focused Customer Success Manager Intern to join our team.

This is a beginner-friendly in-house opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems,

and building strong client relationships.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Customer Success Manager Intern, you will be responsible for assisting clients,

handling basic queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey with Bigibyte.

REQUIREMENTS

* Strong communication and problem-solving mindset

* Ability to handle basic client queries and follow up when needed

* Interest in customer experience and relationship management

* Willingness to learn and improve continuously

* Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines

* Basic English communication skills

* Ability to use Notion, Slack or Discord for communication and task management

NO REQUIREMENTS FOR

* Professional experience

* Certificates or academic degrees

SALARY

* 5,000 to 10,000 BDT

Salary growth will depend on performance, consistency, and communication skills.
