Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year of relevant work experience
∎ Fluent in Bengali; proficiency in Chinese or English is a plus
∎ Prior experience in call centers is a plus.
∎ Familiar with CRM systems; strong stress resistance and ability to adapt to shift work.
∎ Understanding of Bangladeshi consumer psychology; prior experience in financial or e-commerce customer service is highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To handle customer installment applications, repayment inquiries, complaints, etc.; review documents submitted by customers online and offline to verify credit status, perform device-locking services, and conduct debt collection via phone or telecom reminders.
∎ To collaborate with the risk control department to identify fraudulent activities, report abnormal cases, and prepare daily operation reports.
∎ To maintain customer relationships and conduct regular follow-ups to enhance satisfaction.
