Responsibilities & Context:
Handle inbound & outbound calls, Facebook/WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
Must be familiar with CRM software like Hubspot.
Explain stroke rehabilitation services to patients & caregivers.
Convert leads into confirmed appointments.
Maintain patient database and follow-up regularly.
Coordinate with physiotherapists and marketing team.
Achieve monthly sales/appointment targets.
Build strong relationships with patients and attendants.
Strong communication skills (Bangla + basic English)
Good understanding of patient handling and empathy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
