∎ Native in Bangali and English.
∎ Have a certain understanding of chat App and possess the ability to learn quickly.
∎ Have a certain knowledge of using office productivity software.
∎ Possess problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, proactive work attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the quality of customer service for the Bengali speaking region on chat App, promptly correcting any errors through quality assurance methods, and evaluating customer service performance.
∎ Skilled at identifying issues within the customer service team and providing timely feedback to team leader for optimization and improvement.
∎ Regularly provide quality inspection data analysis and develop customer service improvement plans based on the analysis results.
∎ Complete other tasks assigned by team leader.
