• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age At least 24 years

• Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel & power point and email communication.

• Communication skill and physical endurance.

• Interpersonal skill to work with a wide variety of people every day

United Feeds Limited (UFL) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries, which is engaged in the feed manufacturing business from the year 2001. Since its inception, it is attaining utmost customer satisfaction by providing high quality poultry, cattle and fish feeds through a strong distribution network. Currently we are looking for some proactive and skilled professionals under technical service of UFL. This position deserves someone who is capable to provide technical service to cattle/poultry/fish farmers and dealers and the incumbent will report to functional head for his/her daily duties and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance to farmers and dealers like improvement of farm management, bird health management and proper nutrition management through maintaining schedule.

• Visit cattle/poultry/fish farms and dealers regularly to collect feedback regarding of product performance and customer satisfaction.

• Collect inquiries and complaints from dealers & farmers about of product and provide technical solution.

• Maintain and analyze records of customer interactions, technical issues and field trials to identify the opportunities for product development.

• Identify and diagnose diseases of cattle/poultry/fish and provide treatment accordingly.

• Promote elements and benefits of poultry, fish and cattle feeds by collaborating with sales team members to reach prospective customers.

• Coordinate training sessions for cattle/poultry/fish farmers development and help them to understand the elements & benefits of our products to create model farmers.

• Maintain strong relationship with existing dealers, retailers and farmers of poultry, fish and cattle farm.

• Prepare day to day different types of feed performance report such as Feed intake, Weight gains, FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio), Egg production, Milk production, Mortality, Products complaints report and submit to immediate supervisor.
