Responsibilities & Context:
  • Deliver prompt and reliable customer service by identifying customer needs and providing accurate, clear information.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns immediately with professionalism and care.

  • Maintain regular reporting to supervisors on customer interactions, feedback, and operational updates.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.

  • Accurately create invoices and record transactions in a timely manner.

  • Maintain and update customer records using CRM software to ensure efficient service and accurate data tracking.
