Responsibilities & Context:
Deliver prompt and reliable customer service by identifying customer needs and providing accurate, clear information.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns immediately with professionalism and care.
Maintain regular reporting to supervisors on customer interactions, feedback, and operational updates.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
Accurately create invoices and record transactions in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer records using CRM software to ensure efficient service and accurate data tracking.
