Responsibilities & Context:

Join a dynamic, Korean-based fabric and interlining manufacturing company as we expand into Bangladesh! We are looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to support our newly established liaison office. If you are passionate towards customer service work and have the experience we seek, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact between our Bangladesh Office and Our own factories in Vietnam, China, and Korea, ensuring smooth shipment tracking and inquiry management.

  • Oversee and manage LC (Letter of Credit) documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Communicate with Bangladesh-based customers to facilitate shipment coordination and resolve any related queries.

  • Follow up on payment confirmations and collections from customers.

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and factories to monitor product development progress.

  • Maintain and organize all customer-related documentation, ensuring up-to-date records.

  • Provide timely updates to customers on the progress of their orders and developments.
