Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in commercial Bank/NBFI in relevant area.

Job Grade: Junior Officer to Senior Officer
Key Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to the branch by providing general banking services to the customers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the Bank.
Account opening by ensuring compliance of laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide service related to checkbooks, Debit Cards and Payment Order.
Provide service related to Issue and Encashment of Fixed Deposit/DPS etc.
Provide service under BACH (Clearing & BEFTN).
Provide remittance services (local & inward), locker services.
Act as the primary contact person and resolves operational issues.
Ensure AML & CFT guidelines in performing banking activities.
Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.
