• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in commercial Bank/NBFI in relevant area.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude

• Good communication skill in Bangla and English

• Very good skills in MS Office

Job Grade: Junior Officer to Senior Officer

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the branch by providing general banking services to the customers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the Bank.

• Account opening by ensuring compliance of laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Provide service related to checkbooks, Debit Cards and Payment Order.

• Provide service related to Issue and Encashment of Fixed Deposit/DPS etc.

• Provide service under BACH (Clearing & BEFTN).

• Provide remittance services (local & inward), locker services.

• Act as the primary contact person and resolves operational issues.

• Ensure AML & CFT guidelines in performing banking activities.

• Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.
