Tools Hub Bd is a growing e-commerce/retail brand providing smart tool solutions across Bangladesh. We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Female Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team at our Gulistan office.
Job Location: 6/5 (7th Floor), Gulistan Shopping Complex, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer queries, calls, and messages on social media pages or official channels with a polite and professional attitude.
Order Management: Assist customers in placing orders, track deliveries, and provide updates regarding product availability.
Problem Resolution: Listen to customer complaints or issues attentively and resolve them efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of the tools and products offered by Tools Hub Bd to guide customers accurately.
Data Maintenance: Maintain basic records of customer feedback, orders, and inquiries.
