Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome and assist passengers at the airport terminal
Handle check-in procedures, ticket verification, and boarding pass issuance
Assist passengers with baggage drop and baggage-related inquiries
Guide passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding gates, and airport facilities
Support boarding and arrival operations efficiently
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions professionally
Assist special-needs passengers, elderly travelers, and unaccompanied minors
Coordinate with airline staff, security personnel, and airport authorities
Ensure compliance with airline policies, aviation regulations, and safety procedures
Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports when required
Respond to flight delays, cancellations, and emergency situations calmly and professionally
