Responsibilities & Context:
Schedule appointments for patients.
Answer the telephone promptly and politely, and professionally.
Obtain and enter accurate demographic information of a patient (Name, address, contact number).
Produce call reports. Attend training programs regularly.
Other reasonably related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Duty Time: Shifting Duty from 8:00 AM To 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM To 10:00 PM.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary: 9,000-13,000/- BDT. depends on qualifications & expertise.
As per policy.
