8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday – Saturday)
Weekend: Sunday

🎯 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 – 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲
1. Make outbound calls to potential international clients (primarily USA-based) to promote services/products
2. Handle inbound leads and convert them into successful sales
3. Clearly explain product/service offerings and close deals effectively
4. Maintain a high level of English communication with proper tone, clarity, and professionalism
5. Follow up with prospects to build relationships and maximize conversions
6. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPI-driven)
7. Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM/system
8. Handle customer objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions
9. Collaborate with team leaders and management to improve sales strategies
📌 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Minimum 𝟯 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 of experience in an International BPO process
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Minimum HSC / A-Levels or equivalent qualification
