Responsibilities & Context:
What you'll be doing
Answering inbound phone calls from clients in a warm, professional manner
Responding to client emails quickly, clearly and politely
Staying reachable on WhatsApp throughout the working day to handle quick client queries and booking updates
Booking and scheduling appointments, and coordinating with our engineers
Following up on quotes, renewals and outstanding enquiries
Keeping client records accurate and up to date in our booking/CRM system
What we're looking for
Excellent spoken and written English — this is essential. A confident, clear telephone manner is a must.
Strong email etiquette and good typing speed
Organized, reliable and quick to respond
Comfortable working across phone, email, WhatsApp and basic CRM/booking software
A calm, helpful attitude under a busy workload
