∎ Diploma in any discipline from any reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Battery industry, Battery Servicing, Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily routine check of battery, response immediately to any kinds of battery problem issues.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Able to troubleshoot and diagnose battery problem and charger components.
∎ Properly records and maintains all required battery specifications, testing results, charging activity, location of new and used batteries.
∎ Attend product related complains and ensure efficient after sales service for all products.
∎ Complete service cycle of each complain within standard time frame to ensure customer delight.
∎ Attend, validate and resolve warranty/guaranty issues in the shortest possible time.
∎ Formulate solid database to ensure periodical service and customer profile.
∎ Responsible for outsource service arrangement if necessary.
∎ Planning & execution of after sales services and related activities and monitor the progress.
∎ Monitor warranty failure, initiate corrective measures to achieve targets.
∎ Re-addressing of customer complaints and monitoring through customer care.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve client's problem.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Perform other general maintenance tasks as assigned able to understand and communicate oral and by written instruction.

∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Energetic, dedicated & hardworking with team spirit and a person of integrity and professionalism.
∎ Pleasant Personality and Excellent communication skill.
∎ Team player and enjoy work under pressure.
∎ Excellent technical, Customer service and Decision-making skills.
∎ Microsoft office (Specially Excel proficiency)
