Shombhob Health Ltd. is an online pharmacy and healthcare products shop serving urban customers in Bangladesh. Shombhob offers home delivery of medicines, healthcare products, and prescription refill services.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Customer Service department. The Customer Service executive will be responsible for answering customer queries, placing customer orders and managing the whole customer relationship. It involves communicating with customers through our social media pages, call center and mobile phone.
