Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate with Customer Service to receive and confirm customer orders
Prepare invoices and forward them to the pharmacy/shop for packaging
Allocate and monitor delivery riders to ensure timely doorstep delivery
Track order status and resolve delivery-related issues
Maintain accurate order and delivery records
