Responsibilities & Context: Customer Communication: Politely and professionally communicate with customers over phone calls and social media platforms, responding to messages and comments promptly.
Order & Support Handling: Address customer queries about products, pricing, delivery and services, ensuring accurate information and smooth order processing.
Sales Support: Confirm orders, provide basic follow-ups and assist customers to ensure a satisfactory buying experience.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve service delivery.
Feedback Management: Collect, track and manage customer feedback to support continuous improvement in products and services.
