Responsibilities & Context:

প্রার্থীকে Akhsara-র অনলাইন বিজনেসের টেকনিক্যাল ও মার্কেটিং অংশ পরিচালনা করতে হবে।

🔹 Website & Product Upload

• ওয়েবসাইটে সঠিক নিয়মে প্রোডাক্ট আপলোড করা
  (Product Image, Title, Price, Description, Category, Tag ইত্যাদি)

• WordPress / WooCommerce সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে

• প্রোডাক্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট ও আপডেট রাখা

🔹 Facebook Advertisement

• Facebook Ads Campaign তৈরি ও পরিচালনা করা

• Conversion / Traffic / Engagement Ads সম্পর্কে ধারণা

• Ad performance মনিটর ও বেসিক অপ্টিমাইজেশন

🔹 Social Media Management

• Facebook ও অন্যান্য Social Media প্ল্যাটফর্মে নিয়মিত পোস্ট করা

• পোস্ট প্ল্যানিং ও কনটেন্ট আপলোড

• ব্র্যান্ড অনুযায়ী পোস্ট মেইনটেইন করা
