Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

  • Serve customers both in-store and Online + Manage store functions.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Answering queries, complaints or requests from existing and potential customers through calls and social media as like Facebook, Instagram.       

  • Create a positive, neat clean and welcoming environment at retail stores and at all points of customer comes in contact with ND BD.

  • Educate customers on supplements, fitness, nutrition, health & wellness.

  • Deal with complaints from customers in friendly manner.      

  • Organizing retail store operations and taking responsibility to ensure store is running smoothly to maximize sales and minimize costs.

  • Monitor stock levels ensuring products are in stock and maintain proper store inventory management.      

  • Provide superior customer service at all times ensuring customers are happy and fully satisfied with their experience with ND BD, both online and offline.        

  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays. 

  • Prepare and control the store`s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency. 

  • Ensure ND BD online store is fully optimized, customers are served and online deliveries are made on time with full customer satisfaction.       

  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.

  • Preparing and controlling the store and budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency for maximum output.     

  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.     

  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for management.    

  • Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines.    

  • Assist in developing content for ND BD`s various fitness brands if and when required.
