∎ Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
∎ Deliver accurate product information and promote the Bank’s retail banking products and services.
∎ Assist in credit & general banking related customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for necessary support.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, policies, and procedures.
∎ Coordinate with relevant units including Branches and Head Office Divisions for delivering smooth customer service.
∎ Ensure time-bound service delivery.
∎ Maintain compliance with all banking rules, regulations, and internal guidelines.
∎ Uphold the brand image and customer-centric culture of the bank at all time.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by supervisor or Management of the Bank.
