Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum CGPA 2.50 from a UGC-approved University.
∎ No 3rd division is allowed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ **Branch Banking: Increasing the customer base of the bank by promoting different products & services. Achieving loan and deposit targets. Procuring & retaining new customers with physical visits/phone calls. Accelerating different product campaigns over the year. Ensuring excellent customer service.
∎ **Agent Banking: Ensure smooth business operation at Agent Banking Centre maintaining compliance. Follow up on day-to-day activities of Agent Banking Centre and be in touch with Head office regarding any instruction/circular/guideline. Rapport builds up with local potential customers to promote financial literacy. Collect and complete applications with all required documents from good and prospective Agents. Reporting & maintain proper MIS.
∎ **Making phone calls to customers who have failed to pay installments in due time. Monitoring, supervising, and implementing various techniques to recover retail loans and overdue amount of cards. Monitoring delinquent customers and minimizing delinquency ratio. Visiting customer's residence /office to regularize the overdue amount and update the client's information. Visiting the customer's permanent address anywhere in Bangladesh to ensure the regularization of the loans. Recommending legal steps as and when required with justification. Achieving the collection target of assigned loans. Maintaining separate MIS for tracking the individual portfolio.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Excellent language proficiency in English & Bangla.
∎ Basic Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word /Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)
∎ Good communication Skill
∎ Team Player
