  1. Handle customer emails professionally and promptly

  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

  3. Manage booking entries accurately in Google Sheets

  4. Purchase tickets and process travel arrangements for customers

  5. Coordinate with customers regarding travel details, schedules, and updates

  6. Maintain accurate customer records and booking information

  7. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving
