Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage incoming phone calls and CRM information System.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Collecting customer information through Feedback and Survey calls.
∎ Manage Facebook queries and reply accordingly.
∎ Any other additional activities as per company needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must pronounce correctly and know proper language usage for speaking and writing.
∎ Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English & Bangla.
∎ Computer literacy (Browsing, Word, Excel & Email).
Salary: Tk. 8000 (Monthly)
