Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our sales team. This is the sister concern of Mayaboti. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to convince, ensure satisfaction and retention. As a CRO, you will act as a liaison between our company and its customers (foreign clients) to sale our service , inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  1. Sale our services to foreign clients.

  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  3. Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend solutions or products that best meet their objectives.

  4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using WhatsApp .

  5. Stay up-to-date with service knowledge, industry trends, and competitors
