Should be fluent in English speaking and the candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, customers, or students in English.
The role may involve handling customer inquiries, writing professional content.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Research Officer, you will:
Response to clients calls, texts and enquiries through various channels.
Sort out client`s problems, issues and other complaints with patience.
Must maintain office rules and regulations.
Collaborate with other internal office employees politely.
