Job Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship & Social Media Executive For our Retail Clothing Brand to play a vital role in strengthening our brand`s customer engagement and online presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Confirm customer orders and ensure timely updates.

  • Retain and engage customers to encourage repeat purchases.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, exhibitions, and brand activations.

  • Act as a brand representative during events - greeting customers, handling queries, and promoting products.

  • Gather customer feedback and insights from both online and offline channels.

  • Support the marketing team with campaigns, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.

  • Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

  • Post content consistently (with marketing support) and engage with followers.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions quickly.

  • Convert social media inquiries into confirmed orders.

  • Support campaigns, promotions, and product launches on social media.

  • Suggest creative ideas to improve customer engagement and brand image.
