Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced client relationship officer to be responsible for engaging with new client by building and preserving trusting relationships. The client relationship officer will constantly identify opportunities to grow the client base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
∎ To be successful as a client relationship manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine client satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. Ultimately, an outstanding client relationship manager will work closely with sales and accounts managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main responsibilities are closing the deal with client, finding opportunity to sell more to the client and maintaining positive relationship with client to ensure the client satisfaction to get better feedback after delivery.
∎ Evaluating and interpreting client's financial condition and characteristic as to ensure the selling opportunity.
∎ Develop presentation and Leading the client presentation
∎ Monitoring and following up the whole process of sales and delivery in order to ensure satisfactory of clients.
∎ Maintaining good relation with clients.
∎ Ensuring policy and guideline compliance.
∎ Negotiating and decision making over setting conditions.
∎ Resolving client complaints quickly and efficiently.
∎ Assenting the Sales and Marketing department to develop strategical plan.
∎ Marinating and update the data on CRM software.
Additional Requirements:
