Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Day-to-day functions seated to OPD and IPD patients in providing information, cordially receiving all clients, maintaining admission procedure by using ERP software.
∎ Maintain and input all financial charge related to the patients services.
∎ Maintain software process to post all  charge to patient’s accounts.
∎ Assist in preparing and implementing charges of different services  in the accounting system as required.
∎ Monitor and collect receivables from individual Patients Report delinquent accounts to the authority.
∎ Data entry of all patient charges and refunds.
∎ Maintain billing and doctor’s payment log and complete all crossovers billing.
∎ Complete all Medicare billing forms and back-up information required.
∎ Keep in touch with the patient parties to realize all dues.
∎ Communicate with the clinical staff to ensure availability all appropriate patient information.
∎ Deal with sensitive medical information and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Comply with any other assignment as instructed by the authority.
