We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to convince, ensure satisfaction and retention. As a CRO, you will act as a liaison between our company and its customers (foreign clients) to sale our service , inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
