Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular visits to active construction sites to maintain a consistent presence in the field.
∎ Engage directly with key personnel at the site to understand current and future material requirements.
∎ Identify and document ongoing and upcoming material requirements at each site. Generate high-quality leads for Ispat, cement, and other construction-related products.
∎ Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products to relevant stakeholders on-site.
∎ Develop and nurture long-term relationships with site owners, project managers, purchase heads, and other key decision-makers to foster brand loyalty and repeat business opportunities.
∎ Collect and report market trends, pricing information, and competitor activities observed during site visits.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date and organised database of site visits, including contact details, project timelines, and material requirements.
∎ Qualify and share actionable leads with the internal sales team in a timely manner to support the sales conversion process.
∎ Submit detailed daily reports on site visits, interactions, leads generated, and any notable observations. Ensure accurate and timely documentation to aid in performance tracking and planning.
