Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking intelligent, energetic, and communication-focused individuals who are passionate about fostering strong client relationships. As a CRO, you will play a key role in connecting with our prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction, trust, and business growth.
Respond to client queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Follow up with leads, maintain communication logs, and ensure timely responses.
Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to fulfill client needs.
Handle basic complaints and escalate complex issues to higher management.
Ensure top-quality customer service and a professional brand image.
